There are 3 sizing options:
Small is for people with biceps around 8 inches
Medium is the general size, for biceps between 8-12 inches, this is the most common size.
Large is for people, who have biceps over 12 inches
 
If you wish a bespoke item, This design might be made in other colour combinations too.
